You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password, 2FA authenticator tokens, and recovery keys.

6. Suspension & Account Termination

UpholdInvest reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time if we reasonably suspect fraudulent activity, legal non-compliance, or a breach of these Terms of Service.

7. Warranties & Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, UpholdInvest disclaims all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted service uptime. In no event shall UpholdInvest be liable for indirect or consequential trading damages.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York for US residents, and the laws of the Bahamas for Rest of World residents. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved via binding arbitration.
